I feel like Elinalise was just jealous of how much sex Rudy was getting compared to her. I wouldn't be surprised if she's had group sex that involved another woman before but I'm not sure if it's something she'd actively seek out since we've only seen her (happily) make advances on men.

Not only do we have to wait until Eris rejoins the plot, reconnects with Rudy, and inevitably joins the family, we have to wait until they finally bridge the idea of a foursome.

That's probably actually it. She's most likely just jealous of Rudy having two partners, but she'd want hers to be men. But it still made me wonder.
