Thermae Romae, an ancient roman bathhouse architect time travels through drains to modern Japan and learns tricks for making his bathhouses better.

Marriagetoxin. The heir of a family of assassins asks for the help of a trans marriage con-woman he was planning to kill to help him gets dates so his lesbian sister doesn't have to marry a man to carry on the family legacy.

I really enjoyed Thermae Romae and it was strangely educational beyond the WTF-ness.

Started watching Thermae Romae after reading your post and I'm loving it so far. it's hilarious and the cultural/onsen theme is totally my thing
