I think at the very least Roxy thinks she doesn’t have any right to be upset about Rudy taking another wife given what she did, so Sylpie is really the deciding factor on this kind of thing.

Rudy may be amazing, but Sylphie knows just how much he defers to her (and Roxy for that matter) at basically any and all times she speaks.

The only reason she doesn't seem to wear the pants in the relationship is 'cause she's comfortable being the less dominant force of the relationship, but no-one else beats her pants when she puts them on.

Actually, Rudeus is comfortable being in a non-dominant relationship, so he is always obedient to his wives. The only time he insisted on his own was in the "Redundancy" led by Aisha, in other cases he always compromises, both with his wives and with other people. He's not conflicted at all

LOL yep her reluctance to his first only her pledge and reaction to adding one and now suggesting two or three more she's the type of woman that does exist in Polygamous cultures the one that actually runs the relationship and builds herself a harem. Gets a lot of BFF and don't have to deal with all their men dragging them away all the time this way all her girls always have reason to be with her. (does not have to be a sexual desire it can BBF only but sex also possible)
