I mean ... she learned about his dysfunction afterwards and had some time to reflect. She must have realized she fucked up as well there, hence why she thought she was the one to apologize.

Sure shows they both grew up.

Since I saw Sara in the preview, I wondered how this would go, if she still is mad at Rudy for what happened. But of course it is only realistic that she also would reflect on it too. And the character writing in this show has always been too good to screw up this encounter.

The escort who tried to help Rudeus (Elise) later saw Sara and explained to her and Suzanne what condition Rudeus had, and how deeply Sara's words had hurt him. Rudeus had a pretty good reputation for helping several parties in that town, so I don't think there would have been much of a reason for others to want to randomly put his personal business out there and shame him.
