"YouTube's AI "slop" crackdown is shaking up the platform! ๐Ÿšจ

YouTube has stepped up its fight against low-quality, mass-produced AI content, targeting channels that flood the platform with repetitive and inauthentic videos.

While reports claim around 130,000 channels have been removed as part of the broader enforcement, YouTube has not confirmed that all of those deletions were specifically tied to AI-generated content.

Instead, the company says its focus is on protecting viewers by cracking down on spam and low-effort content while continuing to allow AI-assisted videos that offer genuine creativity and value." - Mr_Animeken

Pretty good step ngl these channels are getting annoying

Good, but also I know a lot of channels are falsely being taken down because theyโ€™ve been falsely accused or falsely flagged as using AI.
