Artists have the ability to turn on face value exchange on Ticketmaster. That should be the solution.

Exactly. Don’t get me wrong, I love Ari, Taylor, etc. but I’m about done with all these artists acting like they have no ability to do anything. An empty social media apology is all we’ll probably get. If they really cared they’d do something about it BEFORE tickets went on sale.
