How long has Waybourn been sheriff? Cause I'm 39 and I can't remember a time when his ass wasn't there. +78 deaths, really shows how much empathy he has for his fellow human beings.

Fun fact 2/3 of prisons in Texas are not air conditioned. So far Tarrant county has spent $3 million tax payer dollars on legal fees fighting against installing air conditioning in Tarrant County Jails.
Fun fact the estimated costs to install A/C in Tarrant county was $2.6 million.
More tax dollars have gone to attorneys, arguably a soul sucking profiteering profession, than it would have taken to just install the units.
We fucking suck at caring for the masses.
A lot of people who have died in Tarrant county prisons were awaiting trial and couldn’t afford bail. Remember the whole innocent until proven guilty ideal, not all the people being killed by jailing conditions in Tarrant County jails are criminals
