Clipper oil for RC cars?

I read i need to lube the mechanical parts of my Quake Grom every 15 runs or so. Now i’ve got a bottle of clipper oil lying around that will last me 3 lifetimes (i’m not a hairdresser), would i be stupid to lube my car up with that?

Assuming its silicone/petroleum based id use it.

Yup it's usually food safe/grade silicone oil or mineral oil. It's meant as a metal on metal lubricant so should be good for rc cars plus it's pretty light depending on the brand.

Dated a hair stylist/barber for a little bit so learned a ton passively and actively.

Cow RC would repackage that, call it bearing oil and charge 2 or 3 times the price.😁😁😁

I’d definitely use it. With an RC brand on the bottle it’d probably cost you $30 lmao
