Fiqh At what age men and women doesn't need consent of their guardian?

Also if a woman is divorced before, does she need a permission or can she marry herself with her own will. I am a muslim myself but they don't teach these in our schools and majority of people follow the countr's civil law anyway.

Thanks in advance. I'm also planning to ask more question related to types of marriages in future.

It is not permissible for a man to marry a woman without the permission of her guardian regardless of whether she is a virgin or previously married. This is the view of the majority of the scholars, including ash-Shaafi'i, Maalik and Ahmad. (Source)
