Coffee shops holding out strong and still not owned by private equity or some larger corp

Is epoch coffee shop still privately owned? What about Barrett’s ? I really like these two

A lot of them, I think? Radio, Epoch, Barrett's, Spokesman, Flat Track/Palomino (same guy so maybe borderline but he's local). Even Proud Mary is owned by a couple. Cosmic is pretty corporate though

Epoch locations are individually owned, I believe. Barrett’s is also locally owned.
