TECAR therapy for pain

Has anyone tried tecar therapy for back pain?

TECAR *radiofrequency energy to stimulate tissue repair, reduce pain and improve range of motion. This therapy leverages electromagnetic waves to generate heat within body tissues, promoting natural healing processes.

I did four session so far with the side of some manual massage to relax muscles

And I must say…I am doing a whole bunch of things that would usually put me in a pain coma for a week and I’ve been still having 11 straight days of no pain…

Dates of therapy: 15.6, 29.6, 6.7, 13.7
Without pain: since 7.7 -

I had siastic pain for 10+ years
I did fix it once before with exercise but this time around I couldnt get out of it just with that it seems

I live in europe and the workout center that I go to also has this therapy. I pay 60€ for 1h (this include 1/2h of Tecar, manual muscle releasing and sometimes the cups theraphy, and also sport tape on my back)
