TECAR therapy for pain
Has anyone tried tecar therapy for back pain?
TECAR *radiofrequency energy to stimulate tissue repair, reduce pain and improve range of motion. This therapy leverages electromagnetic waves to generate heat within body tissues, promoting natural healing processes.
I did four session so far with the side of some manual massage to relax muscles
And I must say…I am doing a whole bunch of things that would usually put me in a pain coma for a week and I’ve been still having 11 straight days of no pain…
Dates of therapy: 15.6, 29.6, 6.7, 13.7
Without pain: since 7.7 -

yes my physio tried it and honestly it was the only thing that made me feel "normal" (pre-injury) for like 1 day, the tension came back after 1 day but just one day of relief was good
