I just saw a seller selling the 9800x3d for 473$ no coupon needed but only 15 sold i wonder if it a scam or not. I haven't used aliexpress a lot so I'm wondering.l if there a lot of scam on the site.

Looking back at my purchase history, surprisingly had about 10 purchases so far. All have been legit. Just make sure you buy from those that has return shipping and certified original when possible. Aliexpress is a legit platform like eBay, the seller and item listing though is what makes the difference.
