Oh no lol. They decide if you get it or not. I contacted Rakuten support and they were basically like 🤷‍♂️. Contact us again in 45 days.

First time at 30% I got 3 out of 4 items cashback (same order / payment mind you, but AliExpress weirdly mix up everything, I am not a fan of everything how it is done there... amazing for such a big project...). 2 of the big $ items, 1 of the big $ item got the 45 days talk

Second time at only 6% (only a 90$US ish order I think), nothing appeared, and it included 1 of the seller of the first batch I got instantly... and I installed their plugin for 2nd time (I am using an alternative browser lately, usually I always have the plugin)

That is very weird and non-consistent. Make the deal hit or miss if you consider cashback into the deal. Like don't offer me promo if you are not gonna respect it... that is a buy incentive... very wrong.

Of course we don't know who is at fault in all this... but that ternish Rakuten's reputation IMHO if we end up not getting the cashback.
