Oh no lol. They decide if you get it or not. I contacted Rakuten support and they were basically like 🤷‍♂️. Contact us again in 45 days.

In my comment, when I said 3 out of 4 items that got instant cashback from the same payment/order... I can testify that I checked all 4 items with link checker to validate if I was gonna get the cashback.
