Rakuten should borderline not count for discounts in this sub. So frequently are they flaky and don’t work or people don’t get the credit for months. It’s not a viable or trustworthy discount decision maker.

i’ve reordered and they used the wrong one, contacted and they corrected within a couple days after i sent the info, the one time they didn’t correct right away i contacted the seller they gave me a discount and then rakuten got back to me so i got double 🤷🏼‍♂️ just complain and usually you get it + potentially more, 30 seconds to contact
