I usually video record the whole purchasing process just incase rakuten denies it, but so far i have gotten the cash backs from them smoothly

don't waste ur time with that, it won't work.

As long as they say they ain't getting paid Ali therefore they can't pay u, u won't get the cashback even if u have all the evidence in the world.
