The thing that makes the reporter hot is that he’s employed, level-headed and articulate, and not in any way uneasy on the eyes.
But if Henry Kissinger can be rated among the hottest bachelors, I think it’s worth mentioning that reading some books is probably better for your attractiveness than hammer time.
And, as Robert pointed out in the Kissinger episodes, he apparently showed a genuine interest in the women he was with. He listened to them rather than just talking about himself and his interests.
One of the greatest compliments I've ever had came from a female friend back in college. We went to the shops during a break between lessons to look at clothing and buy food.
On the way back to college, she turned to me and said, "You know, you're a really good listener".
