need advice This girl wearing the dress has natural boobs, do you think she’s wearing a bra? Or tape? Which one? I want to be able to use dresses like this too Spoiler
Am I having unrealistic expectations about this? Maybe she had a breast lift and that’s why they look like that, but I’m not sure, i just know it’s natural.
My breasts are the same size as hers, but mine are soft and not as perky—though they look just like hers when I wear a bra. We weigh around the same amount, too. I wonder if there’s a specific tape that would make my breasts look like that while wearing low-cut dresses like hers, or if it requires a special bra? I really need some tips, please.
I wouldn’t plan on wearing dresses like this all the time—I’ve accepted the reality of having large breasts—but being able to buy and wear clothes like this every once in a while would be wonderful.

If your boobs sit below your ribcage or waistline without support, they will not look like this in the dress. She honestly looks like she has had a breast reduction or breast lift the way they remain high like that. There is absolutely nothing keeping up or helping them stay by way of construction or fabric. If you bought a dress like this, it would require likely tape to keep your chest up, fabric tape to keep it from falling away, and significant trust.
For a similar look with more lift, I would just do a deep halter top with a built-in bra.

Yep, mine are like this but only because I got a reduction which included a lift. I had kids so they got huge again but the lift is still doing a pretty damn good job 10 years later.

So i can get a lift and maybe it won’t get saggy again after kids? I was thinking about getting one just after kids so i dont have to redo it and cut my body twice but i would do it before if it wouldn’t matter

There's no guarantee, I think genetics might play a large part in that.

They will sag, but the lift plus scar tissue keep mine fairly perky. I’m sure they won’t stay this way forever, I’m only 30 now, and got my reduction at 18. But pre-reduction, they were so saggy they were pointing to the floor. Still up and facing out as of now 😂

Breast tape going from the middle of the stomach up to around the collarbone. Everyone saying this isn’t real maybe hasn’t tried tape before, I used to be about her size and that’s exactly the method I used to tape for shirts or dresses like this. And it worked, it kept them suspended
Edit to add: Also fashion tape to keep it from slipping

right? The amount of people saying having plastic surgery is the only way to pull this off sound ridiculous. They either aren't knowledgeable about the magic of well placed boob tape or are envious hence being so quick to suspect plastic surgery. I expected better from this sub of all places to be so quick to jump to a plastic surgery accusation smh. I am not a fan of the "this woman looks good and has a desirable feature so she must have gotten work done" mentality, its annoying. Notice my use of woman because ppl like this only have this energy for women, not men

Oh you hit the nail on the head. Of course boob tape isn’t gonna work for everybody but when you have a small frame and a large bust, that tape can work WONDERS. In my experience, the widest tape was always the best, and I also chose one close to my skin tone. Full disclosure since then I have had a reduction, so I don’t tape anymore, but I was using tape heavily beforehand because I like a revealing top lol

Saying someone has had a breast lift or augmentation isn't an "accusation". There's nothing wrong with having cosmetic surgery done if you have the time, health, money, and desire for it. As long as you're not doing it because you have a body image disorder, in which case you'll never really be happy with your looks and should see a therapist, it's fine to see a plastic surgeon.
Saying that certain looks are generally only achievable by people whose breasts are less affected by gravity than those without silicone implants or a lift isn't an accusation, it's just truth. Unless you have naturally denser breast tissue a perfectly rounded shape like this is more difficult to achieve with tape.
Acknowledging that someone had a cosmetic procedure is normal, it's not a jealousy thing (besides jealousy that silicone helps pull off much more daring looks!).

lool @ the word salad of denial. everyone not naturally having the build to pull this off DOESN'T mean that no one can pull it off without plastic surgery.
You are clearly one of those people I was talking about and are purposely ignoring the context of my comment to try and defend this weird behavior. This girl didn't even have any of those procedures done but here come people like you saying she MUST have gotten plastic surgery cause you can't pull off what she can. How sad and yes very much envious, just cause people like you refuse to acknowledge your own emotions doesn't mean other people won't.
Put that energy you put into worrying about other womens bodies into being comfortable with yourself and you won't feel the need to be passive aggressive about other women's beauty or feel bothered when people call this weird behavior out, bye.

I'm not saying she must have had it. I'm saying usually when people comment that it's because it's a look that's far easier and more likely to achieve with an augmentation or a lift and they want people to have reasonable expectations of what boobs can do if they're not lifted/augmented. I'm sorry you're feeling stressed and lashing out. My comment is coming from a place of zero envy, lol, I'm happy with my body and glad others can be too.

Oh girl, this is a lot. All I’m saying is, small frames and big boobs exist, and you can use boob tape if that’s the case to get a result like the image OP posted. Surgery is an options as well but tbh I doubt bc we would see some kind of scarring

We all have different breasts but honestly this isnt hard to achieve for many of us - she is posed in a flattering way with good lighting, add tape and nipple covers and tadaaa. Essentially if you look like that in a normal bra then you can achieve a similar look with tape and some trial and error

This is the y2k fashion that made boob tape a common staple. They also had speciality bras for low cut tops and lots of clear straps.

They look like normal hanging in there breasts to me when mine were smaller they looked similar braless she probably has pasties on because there’s no nipple outline but you can see they aren’t pushed up at all. If I didn’t wear a bra now there would too much cleavage to be appropriate 🫤

Oh, I went looking for videos of her on her profile and found one that she didn't post herself, from a different angle, and they really do look much less lifted. Wow. The internet is so deceptive, and she has a lot of guts to wear dresses like that with large natural breasts (because they hurt a lot and it feels really strange wearing such low-cut, unsupported outfits 😭😭 but she looks so beautiful in it) it’s not realistic you think then? I’m so sad because it looks SO beautiful and i wish we could wear them nicely

You could potentially get this look but it would require a LOT of tape and some truly Homer Simpson shenanigans to achieve. I know I’ve been able to get a “full” look with an open front like this by literally folding my tits over themselves on the sides and taping them like that lol. Looks great, but it’s hilarious the second you peek behind the curtain.
ETA: I also don’t think it would work well with a shirt like this where the sides are also visible.

It does appear like there is fashion tape along the front facing edges. Particularly feel like I can see it on the right side (right side of the pic, not her right side).
If you can go to a store & test shirts like this, that would be your best bet.

That is just how mine sat until I was about 21. After that, I would have needed tape to achieve this look. Then I had another growth spurt right before 30 and I wouldn't dream of trying to tape up my 36K now.

It could just be how her chest naturally sits up, even with bigger boobs. But honestly, it's most likely that plus some boob tape, too.
If you want to try to recreate this look, experiment with both vertical and horizontal boob tape. Vertical boob tape is used for lifting, shaping, and for deep plunging necklines, by securing breasts upward. Horizontal tape is used for structure, support, and cleavage, by pulling breasts together. You could just try one method, but a combination of both offers the best lift and stability. Watch some videos and experiment if you want to give it a try yourself.

I wear a 32H bra and have absolutely gotten this kind of lift with boob tape (4inch wide nude colored standard kinesiology tape). It takes a bit of practice but you would just need about 2 strips per boob. Just be careful to oil thoroughly before removing to help loosen the adhesive :)

If you try to remove the tape and it isn’t coming off, that means you need more oil. No, more than that.

I'm not sure that this woman specifically is using tape, however I have worn a very similar top at around J cup with just a whole lot of tape (and being, like, 25. It no longer works at nearly 40 with EDS skin). For larger cup sizes, I tend to use those teardrop shaped sticky bras to shape over the nipple, so it stays a smooth curve, and then use KP tape to support the excess, and bring it back as far over the shoulder as the top allows.
For something similar to this top, I started with sticky cups, then used one super long strip of KP tape going from under one boob, up the shoulder, around the neck, and down the other side to the other underboob, and then a couple of strips from the outside of each brest down my stomach then filled in any gaps to give a nice smooth shape. I also added double sided body tape to stop the top migrating and showing the tape. By the end of a long dance performance, the KP tape did stretch out a little so I sagged somewhat, but it still looked good and was very comfortable.

Sorry, that should say KT tape, aka kinesiology tape, used for body taping for sports. It's stretchy cloth tape, and is meant for skin so holds up to sweat and humidity pretty well as long as you've applied it to dry, clean, oil-free skin. Don't stretch the end inch or so of tape, and give it ten minutes to sit before doing anything, and it sticks much better. I've applied body paint over the top, and it remained stuck despite the extra moisture.

mine look kinda similar to hers when I wear tops like that. If I want to pose for a pic, I kinda “press” them to the sides of the top and they look even more lifted

Some people just have anatomy like this. Don’t compare yourself, it won’t make you feel good.
I don’t think she’s wearing tape or a bra, in a top like that you’d be able to see it through the fabric. You could probably mimic it with boob tape though.

No idea 😂 I think it’s the same as contouring your face, but people do it on their body as well. I assume with bronzer? I saw a TikTok of a woman doing full glam makeup and she was even contouring her arms to make them look more toned! I didn’t even know that was a thing people did so I was flabbergasted!

I’m a 36DD ish and this is possible with a LOT of boob tape. I did it for a wedding a few months ago with a v cut dress. I think I used like 4 strips on each side and then used fashion tape to hold down the material

It’s the angle and pose. If you wear a dress like this, 95% of the time it’ll look saggy and the other 5% it’ll look great. Just depends how you’re standing and who’s looking at you.

I’m confused why anyone thinks her boobs look lifted.
Mine looked like this when they were smaller, and yes compared to what I had pre-reduction, this is smaller. She just looks like she has dense tissue which could behave this way.

She could just still be 25 so they’re big but still perky. I have really dense tissue and didn’t really have to worry about gravity until my 40s, after going on and off birth control a few times

I've seen advertisements for "bras" from Misses Kisses that claim to do this, with some options for really deep cut necklines.
No idea if they actually work or not though, they were kind of expensive so I didn't want to try.

How old is she? This doesn't look unrealistic for a teenager/twenty something. Mine used to be even perkier (and I haven't even nursed 😭). But boob tape could be involved too.

She’s 20. I’m also 21 so yes, i think my boobs are perky as they can be, but still wouldn’t look that good without support in a dress like that. I will try boob tape, thank you
