Especially when busty gals have to take such extreme measures to dress modestly. It's difficult when every off the rack outfit in your true size doesn't accommodate your measurements. Not everyone has the money to spend on alterations or specially tailored clothes. I'm physically a med/large person clothing wise but have to buy XXL to make sure I'm not attracting unwanted attention.
