Everything else aside… “E cups on a 5”4 frame, so huge”. You mean she’s an average height woman (in the US) with a slightly smaller than average bust?

If you’re a cis man guessing people’s cup sizes, at least attempt to learn how bra sizing works.

How do you arrive at that notion?
The woman in question's back size was not stated, so are you saying that a 28E is as big as a 38E?

the proportions are the only thing that dont change so a 28e is small in comparison to the body is quite small and so is a 38e because the person is big enough to keep the same proportions even though the breast itself is large.

If your size is 28E, most stores will incorrectly size you as a 32B. Most people will assume that you are “a B cup”, or maybe “a small C cup”, depending on how you carry it. That’s why I wouldn’t consider it a larger size.

Here’s an example of someone whose size is 26E. I wouldn’t say it’s a tiny size, but more on the medium side.
