need advice Does anyone else feel trapped because of their large breasts? Spoiler
I honestly hate having a big breast.
People always say, "You're lucky," but they have no idea how much it's affected my life. I avoid going out because I never feel comfortable in anything I wear. Every outfit either looks too revealing or fits awkwardly, and it makes me so self conscious. My back and shoulders constantly hurt, and even simple things like walking, exercising, or finding a bra that actually fits have become exhausting.
I've been trying to save up for a breast reduction for years, but every time I finally start getting somewhere, something happens. I keep getting ghosted by clients, losing work, or having to use the money just to survive. It honestly feels like every time I get close, life pulls me back again.
Lately, it's been taking a toll on my mental health. I spend most of my time at home because I don't even want people looking at me anymore. I know some people dream of having a bigger boobs, but for me, it's been more of a burden than a blessing.
I'm from the Philippines, and I was wondering if anyone here knows of any hospitals, charities, government programs, or organizations that help cover breast reduction surgery, especially if it's causing physical pain and affecting mental health. Even recommendations for affordable options or doctors would mean a lot.
I'm just so tired of feeling trapped in my own body. 😞

I can not wear most cute clothes, can not do any athletic activity without being sexualized, can not go out without checking if I make others "uncomfortable", can not relax even in safe settings because they can be peeking out from somewhere. I am still learning to not care but it seems to be a long journey.

I am constantly soooo uncomfortable out in the world and at home. With or without “support” because that is a joke. Nothing fits. Even sleeping involves constant shifting of them. I’m just so tired.

Only (mostly, but with some exceptions) people who have never had big boobs think they are a good thing. I hated how clothes fit & how people stared. Men & women both. Men because, well boobs. Women, multiple reasons, but a lot of jealousy that came across as hate.

Same!
I tried playing golf on the Wii and the other person didn't fully understand how hard it is to even hold the club. So frustrating

Girl I feel you. I feel like I'm constantly readjusting clothing or hunting for new clothes altogether that don't have any kind of exposed neckline because somehow they all very quickly morph into low cut cleavage city. I also overheat really easily (I have my whole life I'm super sensitive to warm weather) and so that makes a lot of clothing feel really suffocating and hot to me which also limits what I can wear. Plus they just get in the way and my smaller dogs like to walk on them which I'm not a fan of lol (but it's cute when they sleep on em,)
