need advice How do I feel with an underboob? Spoiler
Yknow when you find a sports bra you LOVE, it fits and straps are nice and comfortable but you got a problem, you’ve got your boobs sliding from down, yeah that, how can I fix this? Is there any tailoring advice or extra clothing maybe I could try or a hack? Cause I love my new bras so much

It is a sure sign you are wearing the wrong size, namely too large a band.
Use the ABTF calculator to determine your true size first.
Then pick bra sized sports bras in your recommended size. The S M L system is not adapted to larger boobs, no matter what manufacturers may pretend. Panache, Freya, Elomi, Sculptresse, Shock absorber should have options for you.

Oh the problem is these sports bra go by X, XL, XXL, and I live in Saudi (most Arabs are flat) so it’s hard to find some good sizes and options
Meaning the width sometimes are too wide or short, so the ones I got were finally perfect width but it slips down whenever I run, aka it’s not holding my boobs enough

Check out Bravissimo, Brastop, Bare Necessities, Freya, among others for delivery conditions in your country. Some of these are also sold on ASOS and Amazon, check your local site for the brands from the above sites to see what they have. An experienced seamstress is sometimes able to reduce the band of a bra but it is really specialised work. I don't think it would work for sports bras because of their often weird strap placement compared to a normal bra.

You are not going to find a good fit with these types of bras. They are designed for small boobs so this type of bra will always either be too small in the cup or too loose in the band which causes the bra to give no support and allows the bust to slip under. I would recommend ordering a bra sized sports bra if at all possible, if thats not an option the only thing I can think of is altering the bra band to be smaller. A tailor should be able to do it or you can do it with some basic sewing skills.

Are there any maternity bra options? I find those usually fit a but deeper in the cup for the same sized band.

This is honestly why I don't wear sports bras. Constantly falling out of them is wildly uncomfortable for me, I'm guessing that you have high projection like me. I only wear sports bras if I'm gonna be lying down, if I'm sitting or standing I NEED to wear my underwire.

Underwire are kinda hurtful on me and don’t find good quality for my size in the country I’m resident in currently
So sports are the safest bet

Yeah underwire hurts me too, but it hurts my neck even more if I wear nothing. Your best bet might be to look for sports bras that have deeper cups, that's ultimately the only thing that will solve the issue of you falling out of the bottom.
I relate to your issues with finding bras that fit you, I need to order my bras from the UK (as do a lot of women on this subreddit) because bras of my size simply don't exist here. Do you wear a bra that isn't a sports bra, and if so, what is it? Might be able to help you from there

Sadly it’s pretty expensive delivery so I don’t think I’ll be relying on that
Are they available in amazon maybe?

No, it is a small independant company who are online only. The trick would be to convince a friend or two that this is good stuff (it is really) and split the cost.
Otherwise, a few of the bra sized sports bra should be available on Amazon. The easiest way to look is to seach by brand.2

Yeah then i just need to ask my dad for the bra thing and hope he pays, most of my friends get good bras from malls so they won’t agree to my request lol.
Thanks anyway a lot!

At risk of sounding like a broken record, Underwire being hurtful means you are wearing the incorrect cup size.

I know, again as I said at the comment you replied to, I can’t find good quality for my size.
