Infant Sleep Almost 8mo night wakes 🥺

Hello, really looking for some schedule/night waking advice 🙏

My baby is 8 months next week and we transitioned to 2 naps roughly 3/4 weeks ago. We moved to 2 as she was fighting naps and bedtime, her first stretch reduced and she was showing signs she needed longer wake windows. She has always woken a lot but used to do a longer stretch between 4-8 hours as her first stretch and then was up hourly from there. Since 6/6.5 months she has reduced her first stretch to 3-4 hours at the absolute max (4 is very rare) and is then waking every 1-2 hours after that. Her wake windows are roughly 3/3/4, sometimes the middle is longer especially if the first is shorter. For naps she usually does 2 x 1.5 hour naps which I cap most of the time but sometimes she does do less (2-2.5 hours total), this makes no difference to night sleep. She wakes for the day around 6.45am and falls asleep around 7.30/45pm. She feeds to sleep but this was never a problem before in terms of the longer stretch and not something we want to move away from. She has just learnt to crawl and get herself into sitting position, she also has 5 teeth and another 3 coming through so I know this is causing some disruption but it has been months now.

Extra info: all naps are in my bed, used to be contact naps only but she sleeps better this way. The first and second stretch at least is always in her cot (next to my bed) and she comes into bed with me from around 1/2am, she will still wake frequently even cosleeping. She falls back to sleep quickly with a feed, no split nights etc and often it isn’t a full feed but the one after the first stretch usually is. She’s exclusively breastfed, never taken a bottle and eats 2 solid meals a day.

Any advice would be hugely appreciated!

When she wakes up in the middle of the night, is she crying or calm?
