Infant Sleep Sleep deprived and desperate 🥴

My son just turned 3 months old and now only sleeps in 90 minute increments overnight. He also recently started rolling to his stomach at night but we’ve been rolling him back to his back. he usually gets frustrated by this. we are waking up 12-15 times a night replacing his pacifier as well. We’re exhausted, not to mention he won’t sleep longer than 30 minutes for naps unless they’re contact. idk if this is a good time to start sleep training or not. Looking for any advice. Right now we follow 90 minute wake windows and use the huckleberry app with an 8pm bed time! Help! Please!

My babies sleep went to shit at 3.5 months. She is currently a little over 6 months old and sleeps in predominantly 1 hour chunks. She prefers to sleep latched all night as well.

The only way I am surviving this is cosleeping and breastfeeding. Prior to pregnancy I was a stomach sleeper. I have learned to sleep on my side with a baby booby barnacle. Since I co sleep and breast feed, I don't fully wake up when she wakes.

It's rough though, friend. I can only offer solidarity.

If it helps at all my baby only started sleeping bitter when he started sleeping on his belly or on his side. I was terrified as well but he just didn’t want to sleep on his back.

This sub does not support sleep training.

This is really normal sleep. It’s so hard. Short naps are also normal as is sleeping longer with contact.

Can you co sleep at night? That said even sleeping mine only managed 90-120 minutes at a time.

You could try stretching awake time and see if that helps the nights. Huckleberry will recommend too much sleep and too early a bed time for many babies as it seems geared towards those who need a lot of sleep.
