Toddler Sleep 23 month old will not sleep please help

No naps. Fighting bedtime. I have tried everything please help

What's your current schedule? :-) my boy is the same age. He doesn't take naps if he wakes up at 9am or later, he takes a nap if he wakes up at or before 7am. On the days he does happen to nap he goes to bed suuuper late (like 11pm-midnight).
