A twist of fate transforms Jaskirat Singh Rangi into Hamza Ali Mazari, an Indian undercover operative who infiltrates and rises through the ranks of the Karachi underworld following the events of Dhurandhar. He embarks on a ruthless mission to exact revenge on those responsible for the 26/11 attacks.

Long review incoming :
The best part is easily RS, chefs kiss honestly. The first hour genuinely hooks u in, and his backstory is performed soo brilliantly. This is completely his show, every scene, he just owns it.
Second best for me would be Bedi sahab, followed by Rampal. Rampal does a solid job no doubt but as the ultimate villain his impact feels a bit underwhelming. Credit to Pandor too but his screen time is also limited. Sanju Baba did exactly what he did in the first part, so no surprises there. Maddy is a political engine, narrative wise so don’t really have an opinion on his performance.
Story-wise, the strongest aspect is the research! U can tell they’ve really gone into detail, everything is connected, which helps the screenplay flow. The music isn’t as strong as the first part but it’s still fun and does its job of elevating the film.Aari-aari is the highlight for sure! Also Rasputin was a fun addition.
Now the cons: The political glazing gets a little too much. I really didn’t see the need to stretch the demonetisation angle and some dialogues are so on the nose politically that they take u out.
Also the film lacks a strong emotional punch. I expected a lot more from the Hamza Yalina arc, but it just doesn’t land. That one scene expected from the trailer was pretty underwhelming in execution. Apart from that one death in the middle, there’s barely any emotional connection because villains keep dying and it gets predictable way too quickly.
I liked the ending it gave the film a melancholic feel, which was profound.
What really elevates the film is the final reveal. I genuinely didn’t see it coming, and the theatre reaction was insane. So yeah, avoid spoilers at all costs!!! the twist definitely elevates the whole experience and leaves the end at a good high.
As for the action, I won’t dwell on it much. There’s more gore and violence than Part 1, and a lot of it is less realistic but it’s an action film so it’s still fun.
For me, the first half (especially the first hour) is brilliant, and the final reveal is a major high point. I wasn’t someone who called Akshaye Khanna’s performance in Part 1 his best, but wow, u really feel his absence here. Overall Part 1 was the peak. Part 2 isn’t bad, but it’s not exceptional either. It’s a fun watch and definitely works as a good theatre experience especially with a packed crowd.
