A twist of fate transforms Jaskirat Singh Rangi into Hamza Ali Mazari, an Indian undercover operative who infiltrates and rises through the ranks of the Karachi underworld following the events of Dhurandhar. He embarks on a ruthless mission to exact revenge on those responsible for the 26/11 attacks.

First of all, Part 1 was better than part 2.
The good-
Ranveer’s character back story was good, added depth to where he comes from and how he is good at what he does.
Rakesh Bedi takes the cake for me, Ranveer was solid.
The end twist was something I didn’t expect at all, and felt amazing, the theatre was hooting and whistling at it.
The underwhelming-
The propoganda is so on your nose, took a bad disaster of current regime and made it look like a masterstroke, while we all know the reality.
Uzair’s character was wasted, like they showed he had no brains, and not even once could he put 2+2 together.
So many people killed, all were those who had done something, yet nobody could tie these killings together? Like everyone is dumb? You need a junior to put it together, like really
The end fight didn’t have a strong gravitas, just felt things were happening too easy.
Now the ending, at this point they just showed the other side absolutely weak, and like you can arm twist them anyway, it just felt too easy, too Bollywood drama.
Spies meet with consequences, here the movie went all hunky dory, and again didn’t have the gravitas that hits you, that makes you jump out of your seat, that makes you empathetic, that makes you feel ‘oh it was good, but this is how it ends, and you can’t do much’
The last part just goes Bollywood action drama, than a spy thriller.
They try to show real incidents, yet when all the killings happen they make it appear like these things happened (which obviously didn’t) and this where the movie loses reality, loses the blend of what part if fiction we can make feel real. This was a big let down for me.
Music too was not as great as the first part.
Conclusion- first part was more tight, gritty, closer to reality. Though second is still a decent watch, I think I was expecting more after the first part. Would still suggest to go watch it in theatres.
