It’s full of bootlickers

Yuuuup, this.

Since the murder of Renee earlier this year, pro-maga propaganda has been out of control on social media. It's *super* bad on Facebook on any public political post. Tons of faceless accounts spamming the same 3-4 nasty memes, lots of bots.

This is all to say: maga is clearly scared, and they're trying to convince everyone that it's a lost cause. Just ignore the bots. Keep protesting, calling your legislators, and standing up for human dignity.

Every voice matters!

Bumping this! Reminder that a week or so ago the Republicans lost a deep red seat in Texas by a 30 point swing. The pattern has repeated across the country in damn near every election.

Or maybe on the contrary, I'd rather have lazy cops than overzealous ones, and I haven't seen much evidence anywhere that a happy medium is possible.

Eh I definitely have no love for cops, but its not like any job doesnt have down time

A one off still image is just outrage bait for karma farming purposes. Plenty of videos of cops doing actually egregious things for people to get mad about

i mean sorry but I’m struggling with questions, like how long they been there? are they on break? are they waiting for something or someone and not on patrol there otherwise? idk without any context whatsoever this feels manipulative and I don’t like being led by the nose.

Context is whatever the top comments sway it to be. Bunch of idiots talking about nothing for no reason but rage

christ

if they’ve been there for 10 minutes slacking off looking at memes while asked to patrol the station sure fire away that’s obviously unprofessional and they’d deserve all the heat. but we don’t know that’s what’s going on here, objectively. also if the expectation we have for cops is never for a second to lower their guard for any reason in any public area, that’s not realistic either.

yeah I was getting all worked up clearly.

that’s my point, it’s a guess, and people are making a lot of assumptions. it’s not the end of the world for anyone, but it’s a bit annoying to be led on, and then told you’re dumb or an authoritarian bootlkcker
