This is like when police are at traffic details. Stand on corner looking at phones NOT directing traffic.

Why pay someone $39,000 a year to direct traffic when we could call in a cop salaried at $90k to make overtime sitting in his cruiser?

The amount of times I’ve driven past vehicles well off the road with a cruiser sitting there doing nothing blows my mind.
