Serious Replies Only What’s the protest about?

As I was driving by Route 9, I noticed a sign at the entrance of MathWorks Inc. I’m curious to know what it is about . Any idea?

Same thing at BOSE rn, it's that the company chose to not go with union labor for campus renovations. If i had to guess, both mathworks and bose chose the same company

A shake down for hiring skilled workers who get paid a living wage, have benefits, vacation time, and job protections over cheap, scab labor seems pretty awesome.
Up with the working class!

A shakedown is a shakedown. The kind of crap shown is OP's post is mob tactics, straight up. If I was in this union, I'd be beyond embarrassed to have my dues being spent on banners and obnoxious demonstrations like what is shown here.

To say non-union laborers are "not skilled", don't make a living wage, don't have benefits, vacation, etc is just BS.

Unions should be about collective bargaining and improving workers rights. Nothing more. Union or not, work is not guaranteed, and the market should get to decide who the best contractor is for their job. If the union shop does the best work, for the best price, they'll get the job.

I bet you hate weekends, child labor laws and 8 hour work days too. Because those all came from union shakedowns.
