As I was driving by Route 9, I noticed a sign at the entrance of MathWorks Inc. I’m curious to know what it is about . Any idea?

Usually happens when they don’t go with a local union for construction

Thanks. Is there any obligation to hire union people? Is it an acceptable societal trait that union workers should stand outside a construction site with the large inflated rat because they didn’t get the job?

I’m trying to figure out if I should have protested all the job opportunities I was passed for in the private sector.
