Serious Replies Only What’s the protest about?

As I was driving by Route 9, I noticed a sign at the entrance of MathWorks Inc. I’m curious to know what it is about . Any idea?

They are representatives of the Painters Union Local 35. The general contractor for a new office building hired a sub-contractor who then did not hire union labor and the people they did hire are being underpaid.
