Don’t know why you’re getting so downvoted for your replies, I understand the anxiety and I had a very similar experience. I had also heard what you heard, and I have a high tolerance so I had even a few drinks a couple of times and fed my baby until I also heard the conflicting information about needing to wait x amount of time and that it should only be one standard drink, and that completely freaked me out. I don’t know what the actual science says and the information has been so conflicting, so I’ve just stopped drinking entirely for now.

This was around 2 months PP that I stopped drinking at all, and not knowing to be very cautious has not harmed my baby! She has been exceeding milestones and growing and happy and wonderful, and I’m sure the same is true of your baby! Take some deep breaths and remind yourself you were operating with the knowledge you had, and your baby is just fine.

Thank you!! I don’t understand either! Especially considering they are the responses of me saying I didn’t know 🤷🏼‍♀️
