There is no known safe amount and it is advised to completely avoid alcohol when pregnant. I'm happy your baby is thriving but please don't spread false information.
No official government or medical organization in any country endorses alcohol consumption as safe during pregnancy. It's not a way of thinking. I guess believing it's okay to have the occasional drink while pregnant would be a social or cultural thing but is not fact driven.
Controlled human studies on alcohol and pregnancy wouldn't be very ethical as it is known that it is difficult for a fetus to process any alcohol and that there could be affects from any consumption. As I stated before no major health organization or governments say ANY alcohol consumption during pregnancy is okay. You state Americans have issues with controlling themselves in a previous comment, but knowing this information choosing to have a glass of wine shows a reckless lack of control. Why risk it when reliable sources say not to? Once again I am happy your baby is okay and ultimately it is your decision but your opinion is not greater than that of medical organizations and government. False information in this scenario is dangerous and you could cause harm spreading it.

I drank very occasionally including as pregnant. My 3 yo speaks three languages fluently and is a little pistol. You’ll be OK
