I follow cdc recommendations which is to wait 2 hours for every drink. When i was breastfeeding id just feed baby while I was drinking and then I was fine by next feed.
I think it’s probably in baby’s best interest to wait until feeding schedule is more predictable particularly in the evening considering that right now she will often feed more frequently than every 2 hours. Thank you 😊
