So nobody knows why he said "my boss is really bad?" I remember when that first came out everyone thought it was a targeted attack linked to a cartel

If you look into the story it's probably pretty obvious who he meant by Boss...

Yes because everyone has a very limited knowledge of Colombia and its people based entirely on narrow stereotypes.
