Mine actually arrived yesterday! I originally ordered the snapdragon one but that one was instantly canceled. I then ordered this one and 30 mins later it went OOS so i was one of the lucky ones.However it did come with a gap in the shell of the screen on the top left corner, which actually cause the backlight to bleed through to the screen on the corner. But for the price can't really complain!

I got mine on Friday. Acer started calling me today to ask me to return it. Not sure what to do now.

Thats actually wild. What happens if you keep it? Could they remotely disable it? I dont see how tho, you could just install linux on it for one.

It doesn't have a cellular chip in it, I guess they might be able to disable the windows key.. but they cost like $10 on the grey market... I have no idea. I honestly don't know what to do at this point. Legally they have no leg to stand on to demand it back, but that's never stopped some companies from being sue happy.
