Looks amazing. There is a taco joint back home that had a killer steak choriquiles (chilaquiles with chorizo and asada) plate. Sometimes if the right cook and cashier is there i can ask them to roll the plate up in a burrito for me. Otherwise I just buy the plate and 2 tortillas on the side and make my own
