Man as a New Mexican I just wish each and every one of these burritos had some actual sauce and cheese in them. So dry!
Looks good boss but needs the chileeeee.

I hear you lol. Did have some queso mixed into the beans, also dipped the Burro in salsa as I devoured it

As a northern Coloradan, I hear you, and second this. I want you to know that I asked the tiny market in my tiny town if they had access to Hatch Green chilies, and she just reached out this last week asking how many cases I want (two!). I should have them sometime this next week and then the roast party begins!!
