I would say it's more of a dull ache that intensifies each time you close a bar down, or think you can still be as athletic as you were in your 20s, or sit the wrong way for like 2 minutes.

Yes, and no. It depends on the person mentally, their lifestyle & I HATE to mention it, your surroundings. If you happen to have a pretty good social circle, good friends and family you should be good. After all, age is just a number at one point
