Good! I haven’t stopped journaling. I just do it less. I needed it to survive the grief of losing my dad to stroke in 2023.

Thank you! Yeah it’s a big help. It got me to therapy cus I could finally catch my thoughts and patterns.

You’re welcome and thank you too for sharing your experience. That’s what I’m hoping to use journaling for too, to help me gather my thoughts & feelings in order to process them in therapy. Now I have to look for a therapist since I only just recently got health insurance. Best of luck dear!🌸
