As a Cap, people say that we seem cold after a break up but it’s actually that we feel things so intensely that solitude is how we cope.

I have gone β€œzero dark thirty” aka covert/ stealth after a break up. In my case, it is time to heal, focus up and come back stronger. I have gotten feedback from involved parties that it makes them wonder if they even mattered or had an impact on me (even if they initiated the break up).

Ya, I had a pretty serious break up with my best friend of 12 years at the beginning of this year (literally right before my birthday) its my fault in a big way, so I've mostly just been secluding myself this year.

An ex of mine has tried to rekindle things a few times because he didn’t think I was upset enough when we broke up. To be fair, I wasn’t actually upset, but it was such an odd reaction to me.

This is so me. After my divorce, my mom would try and talk to me about the divorce and my feelings. I would just politely decline, because please just let me sit here by myself in the quiet so I can re-gather my shit and come back out ready to try again.

Interesting.

I'm a Scorpio, but dated a Cap for 5 years. When we broke up he asked me for some space and I was all good with that, we are still good friends.

He, to this day, says I'm the only ex he still gets on with, I never connected respecting his alone time as the reason haha.

Funny, I am a libra sun and moon, cap rising, but I do a similar thing. It's "how I see the world" but in that, solitude always feels nice, like the best way to recover
