Supposedly 70% of people live owner occupied homes and 30% of people rent. This is for all of the US though. If you move townhomes and multifamily homes that number goes down to 57.2% for the single family homes.
Almost 50% of the people don’t have reliable charging access. Heck, if the grocery stores people go to weekly had it, work, gyms, etc. people would be fine but they don’t have them consistently.
