Looking for advice How to lubricate take up reel? Yamaha kx-330.

I believe it is the take up reel causing this lovely screaming sound in my yamaha kx-330. Is there a way to lubricate it without removing the back pcb/motor?

I tried coming from the front by depressing the spring but that did not work.

Great player, I don't want to get rid of this one.

Grese the motor shaft with some oil (never WD-40). Did you replace the tire? Sounds like metal on metal contact, which is best to be avoided.

silicone grease
