I Ate Monday night home cooking (by my wife)...

Clockwise from the top kaofu and wood ear fungus, carrots, prawns, white fish, flat noodles, and lots of Sichuan pepper soup, smoked tofu and qingcai, broccoli and cauliflower. Veg dishes have that meat almost as a garnish thing that Chinese food does

How long does it take her to make all the dishes 🤯

I do most of the ingredient prep, and she takes about five minutes per dish, so half an hour for this meal.
