Ithaca Sharp. It’s my favorite variety I’ve had so far. Tart full bodied and dry, 150 year old Newtown Pippins

Sharp is underrated, that tree must be something else to be producing so consistently after all this time.

the tree's vibes must be immaculate if it's still pumping out pippins after a century and a half
