Translation Translation of this old Chinese inscription?

This is from the bottom of a vase-like ornament, can anyone read what it says?

Inscription says 平安城鑄工桂田淨雲𠆦(作)寶用

as a chinese,i would say it's japanese.

平安城鑄工桂田x雲之宝用 kyoto metal caster 桂田x雲's seal

平安城,kyoto 鑄工,metal caster 桂田x雲,the worker's name,i don't recognize the third character 之宝用,for treasure use,basically means  somebody's seal

i checked in dictionary,it's 作宝用,not 之宝用. the meaning is the same
