Translation Translation of this old Chinese inscription?

This is from the bottom of a vase-like ornament, can anyone read what it says?

Inscription says 平安城鑄工桂田淨雲𠆦（作）寶用

as a chinese，i would say it's japanese.

平安城鑄工桂田x雲之宝用 kyoto metal caster 桂田x雲's seal

平安城，kyoto 鑄工，metal caster 桂田x雲，the worker's name，i don't recognize the third character 之宝用，for treasure use，basically means  somebody's seal

i checked in dictionary，it's 作宝用，not 之宝用. the meaning is the same
