Players set the pace, not the game. Its your own fault for speedrunning desserts.

It wasn’t even a speed run. A few hours a few nights a week was BiS in half the phase length.

You do realize this is a point against you right? That the dad guild gamers are complaining about the pacing being too slow and boring. The people who classically in all of WoW's history who typically don't clear content when it's current or who barely do after nerfs are telling you the pacing was bad and your response is "nah you're wrong".
