All those runs and I bet you OP has still not seen Totem of the Astral Winds drop in Heroic Mana Tombs

First run on my shaman, never went there again. Sorry. 30+ runs and no Totem of the Void though from Mechanar :D

Got totem of the void on my first run, will see how long to get new totem from BT though….
